Overnight Christmas stay attending panto. We weren't sure what to expect but it far surpassed whatever we thought. Friendly from check-in to check-out, all staff we came across. Rooms, roomy, clean, comfortable and we had a super city view. Great shower - only down side...... bath robes would only fit a petite framed woman or boy but hey we survived. Breakfast was hot, had great choices and not rushed.

Beautiful hotel! really enjoyed our 3 night stay, great friendly service throughout, always someone at the front desk for any assistance needed. Amazing location in the city centre but quiet at night which is key! Room was lovely with a beautiful luxurious bathroom which was immaculate. Beautiful bar and seating areas to enjoy a drink or meal😊 parking discounted through the hotel which is a huge boost! I would 100% recommend you book a stay and we will be back!😊

Its a new hotel, very clean, modern excellent price. The staff were fantastic, very friendly. excellent choice of breakfast items, reasonably priced pints of beer. Rooms were a good size, clean, and quiet (our room was next to the elevator and we didn't hear a sound all night) only gripe would be maybe a wee fridge in room as standard. Bed was super comfy. Hotel is in a great location for city centre night life. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future

Loved our stay hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic great selection on the buffet. Great location for the theatre royal as we were going to a show. Not far from city centre. Concert square Car park was so close, and the hotel validate your ticket only costing you £8 for the day/night stay. Will definitely stay again, and would recommend this hotel.
