I'm not what it takes to be a 5 star hotel but this hotel should absolutely deserve that recognition. We stayed here for our honeymoon the last few nights and it was the best hotel I've ever been in (and we are currently at a 5 star in Budapest now, and I wish we we could move the Boutique Hotel here). The location is AMAZING, maybe 25 steps from the St Stephans Cathedral doors. I believe they upgraded our room for our honeymoon because I don't think there was a better room in the entire hotel, we had a wonderful view of the cathedral from our balcony and even bed. The bed was comfortable and we slept wonderfully. When we arrived, the staff took us personally to our room with our luggage and showed us how to work every light switch and gadget in there which was very kind. We felt like royalty here. The bathroom floors were heated which i didn't know I needed in my life until now. While on the smaller end, we enjoyed the sauna and relaxation room. The breakfast buffet in the morning was inclusive of many foods and I didn't have a hard time finding plenty of options as a vegetarian. Every encounter with every staff member was top notch. We always felt safe as card access was needed to enter the elevators and the doors on each floor to enter the hallways. It was definitely one of the most beautiful and updated hotel rooms I've ever been in. I can't wait to come back to Vienna and stay here again some day.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Everything from the convenient location by the station, breathtaking view of st stephans cathedral, hearty breakfast and top service from all staff has made our stay in Vienna unforgettable. Special mention for Carlos who led us to our room and made us feel warm and comfortable right from the start. Thank you!

Beautiful room facing St Stephens Cathedral! In the heart of it all! Attentive, helpful and friendly customer service! Very secure as your room key is required for elevator and the front door past 11 pm. Complimentary coffee, toiletries and lock safe for personal items. Very nice room with modern everything! You would love to stay here!

I had an absolutely amazing stay in this hotel! From the moment of arrival, it was clear the staff was extremely kind and attentive. The room has larger then expected and it had all the amenities one would need — there were a nice few little touches in the room as well which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection of dishes on offer — it was awesome to enjoy breakfast with a view of the cathedral! As most of the other reviews have mentioned, the location is absolutely fantastic and the hotel is extremely central to the beautiful cathedral, the shopping district and numerous eateries. All in all, I had a memorable stay in this hotel and I would definitely visit again the next time I’m in Vienna!
