The staff is helpful and professional. While in a good location. It's difficult to discern where to find the entrance. Uber driver let us off off the pedestrian walkway then we had to go through a tunnel to get to tge entrance. The rooms are clean, roomy, with great workspace but dated. Bedside electrical outlet on only on one side of the bed.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is great, the hotel is welcoming, just next to the underground station, quite, breakfast is wonderful with also some gluten free options. Very clean, helpful staff service with a smile

My wife and I spent two night in this hotel, for a couple journey in Vienna, our experience was very fine. Firstly, the hotel is perfectly positioned: central and very close to every points of interest of the city, both cultural (e.g. 15 minutes walking to Stephenplatz) and services (restaurants, bakery houses, ecc...), we never took a bus or the metro to visit the city center (districts from 1 to 9). There is a strategic underground station in front of the hotel: line U3, that links the hotel to the CAT station for airport transfers (from airport to the hotel takes about 40 minutes via CAT and underground). Our room was a standard room: essential but very wide and cleant, the bad was very comfortable. The SPA was available. A particular mention to the staff: Zoran, Michael and Kitty, always available for every needs. We feel to reccomend this hotel.
