I m in love with this place! Staff are very cautiously friendly. The rooms are very clean. The location is phenomenal. Basically a walking distance to every where you wanna go, and a 5 mins walk to metro station. I would definitely wish to come back again one day!

I would not stay at this hotel again. The room was not good at all. Specifically, the beds were tiny, and the bathroom was dirty. There was dirt on the floor and walls that could have easily been removed. The shower was rotting and the shower head was awkwardly placed. The shower made a loud screeching noise when using it. The hotel is extremely walkable with a great location close to many major attractions like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Villa Borghese Park. The front desk woman in the daytime was also very pleasant.

I got a room here based on the photos and location thinking I hit the jackpot. I was so wrong. Walked into the room and immediately saw that the curtains were falling off the window, so no privacy from the outside, the bed was supposed to be a queen, but it was 2 long beds pushed together. The bed would've been okay if it didn't continue to roll apart causing me to constantly fall through, not even mentioning how hard the mattress was. I would've been more comfortable laying on the floor. The headboard wasn't even attached to the bed so it moved a lot. The chandelier was somewhat broken and falling apart. The dry towel had dry blood on it. Taking a shower was almost impossible because there wasn't a way to keep the water in the tub. The tub curtain was just decorative and wasn't useful at all. Every night I was woken up to the smell of cigarette smoke pouring in from the ac vent. If you hate the smell or have kids, don't stay here. Don't stay here if you're accustomed to better.
