Would give it a better review if the cost was a lot less. Based on what I paid, it was not worth it. It is a nice hotel in a great location. Most of the staff was great. I paid for the top floor room, which didn't seem to be any bigger than the other rooms. Very tight, and the shower was so cramped, my shoulders would touch all four sides when turning around. Again, based on what I paid, I have stayed in nicer places for less in Rome. Best thing going for this hotel is its location.

We stayed at in one of the top floor terrace rooms for 2 nights this September and were so impressed with this quaint hotel. We were relieved that they had our room ready upon arrival around 10am after little to no sleep on the flight over. The room was beautifully decorated, quiet with a very comfortable bed and the A/C worked great. The rooftop area had very nice views of the city, especially at night. It was easily walkable to many of the city’s main highlights and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful with a very friendly staff willing to share their favorite places to eat, must see sightseeing and graciously welcoming you to Rome. Our room was small and cozy, expected in a centuries old building, with easy access to the roof top decks. It is lovely to hear the sounds of the market when you wake, and the excitement of the night life only steps away coming from the restaurants that circle the Campo de Fiori market! Highly recommended!!

We had a very comfortable stay and definitely recommend the hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooftop lovely, the beds comfortable, and the rooms very quiet despite the central location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was a wonderful experience and if you stay here you will enjoy it too. There is so much within walking distance in every direction. However, a word of warning for unaware travelers like us--while we do not blame the hotel for our lack of attentiveness, we wish we had not gone down to the hotel breakfast. We thought it was included in our reservation as it generally is where we're from. At the end of our stay we saw a note in the room brochure that it was 18 euros a day if not already part of your reservation. That was outdated, it's actually 25 a day per person, which is not noted in the dining room either. I have dietary restrictions and my husband doesn't eat breakfast, so we were unwittingly charged 50 euros every single day just for him to get one black coffee, and me to get an espresso, a single piece of bread, and a few bites of fruit (literally). DO NOT go down to breakfast or get coffee unless you are ready to pay 25 euros a person!! Again, it was our fault for being innatentive and the hotel was lovely, but it was a very unpleasant surprise when we received the bill and realized how much money we threw away in our attempt to take advantage of what we mistakenly thought was a complimentary service...
