We stayed at this hotel for four nights when we visited Croatia in October 2023. Check-in went smoothly and efficiently. The room was spacious and clean and tastefully decorated, although a few pictures on the walls would have improved the ambiance. Our room also had a huge balcony wrapped around it, with tables and chairs for four people. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was good. There was plenty to choose from to meet all tastes. However, I was not impressed with the one evening meal we had at this hotel. The choices and quality did not meet expectations. Housekeeping was great and we were promptly given anything we requested for the bathroom, which was also very spacious. The hotel is located near the harbour, but with a bus stop nearly on its doorstep and with choices of buses, we could get to Dubrovnik Old Town easily. Altogether this is a good hotel to stay in Dubrovnik.

Vanessa (not sure on spelling- lady with the great hair) is an absolute star. She is most definitely 5 stars. Friendly, attentive and really helpful, going above and beyond on numerous occasions to help sort our plans. A credit to the hotel. Rooms are great too. Spacious, modern, and clean with a comfortable bed. Decent choice for breakfast too. Only on day 2 of 7 hence only 4 stars, but it's 5 stars for the 2 days. Cleaning staff friendly and attentive also. Recommend staying here

This is a lovely little hotel. Staff were amazing and the family room was perfect. The location was just right for us as you can visit different parts of Dubrovnik either by bus (the bus stop is very close by), by taxi or on foot. The road can be a bit noisy at times but this didn't bother us. Breakfast was included which was really good and varied. There is also a decent restaurant that had a dinner and bar menu with very reasonable prices.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had little encounters with staff, but all we did have were friendly and fluent in english. Rooms are very clean and spacious with great air conditioning. The breakfast selection wasn't huge but was there was enough and mostly very fresh and tasty. Location is right in the centre of dubrovnik, which was great for us, only being a short bus from the old town, or around a 30 min walk.

Many thanks to Katarina for making our 50th wedding anniversary so special. Everyone at this wonderful hotel was very friendly and helpful and courteous. Rooms are fantastic and in a great location for transport and local amenities. We also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and had some of the best food from the evening menu throughout our stay. We have such wonderful memories of a lovely holiday and would love to come and stay with you again. Kind regards Sheila and Denis Bennett.
