This is the best and friendly hotel I have ever stayed in Pattaya. The owner and staff are so nice and fluent in English. The room is spacy and clean with balcony table/chairs. Wi-Fi signal is strong and you can easily walk to Jomtien beach, restaurant and 7-11 within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend here as a place like home and budgetary traveler.

Arrived ridiculously early. Made extremly comfortable. Made it possible to shower and relax. Owner rushed a room for 9am. Way beyond expectations. Room was spotless and spacious.

Quiet street, next to the hotel it looks a bit dilapidated. The house itself is very clean and lovingly furnished. Fresh towels and crisp white bed linen every day. The staff doesn't speak English well, but is very friendly and helpful. PS: You can eat very cheaply and deliciously at the Chulee restaurant directly opposite. Don't be put off by the somewhat rustic atmosphere.
