the man who is responsible for reservations was named (Ramadan) was not respectful. very bad experience with the manager and the employees! 1-the pool was dirty 2-the bed was not comfortable 3-they don't help us in transportation although they said before we come that they will arrange the transportation .. they said we will take you to the supermarket because it's 3 mints far but they made us wait 3 hours and they didn't Arrange us taxis and we can't walk because the hell was so high so you must rent a car they are not helpful in transportation as they promised. 4- they said they have cleaning everyday but sadly they lied to us they didn't clean at all not even one day. 5- the check in was 3pm and our flight was early so we had to arrive at 11 am they took from us 200 Euro more for early check in! 6- The manager of the villa (Ramzan) was so rude and unprofessional and very racist. anything we ask he say okay but he doesn't do anything as he say. he asked us to pay the rest of the money by cash we asked if okay we pay by bank transverse (western union) and he said sure okay no problem. but we told him that we can go to ATM later to take cash so he said okay better because he want cash .. we went out of the villa to 4 ATMs just for him .. half of our day was gone when we went to get cash our card was suspended so we came back to him and told him that we must give him the money by bank transfer because our card didn't work he was very very angry i don't know why !!! before he was okay with bank transfer but suddenly changed his mind! and talked to us in a very bad way like we stole his money!! and he said that we are liars and a lot of bad words!! and asked us to leave the villa wow!!!!! then when he did all that he said okay no problem make bank transfer!! omg!! why did you have to ruin our day like this!! and treat us like this?? very bad experience with the manager and the employees! we didn't enjoy the place at all. I will not come again for sure. please be careful before you book this place —————————————————————— The place was nice but.. They said they will take you to the market because it is 3 minutes away, but they made you wait for 3 hours and did not hire a taxi and we cannot walk because it is too high, you have to rent a car, they do not help with transportation as they promised. 4- They said they cleaned every day, but unfortunately they lied to us and did not clean even one day. 5- Check-in was at 15:00 and our flight was early, so we had to arrive at 11 in the morning, they charged us another 200 Euros for early check-in! 6 - the manager of the villa (Ramzan) was very rude, unprofessional and very racist. He asked us to pay the rest of the money in cash, we asked if it was ok, we will pay by cross bank (Western union) and he said ok, no problem. but then we said we could go to the ATM to withdraw cash and he said ok better because he wants cash.. when we went to get cash our card was suspended so we went back to him and said we had to give the money via bank transfer because our card wasn't working he was very angry I don't know why !!! He had no problem with bank transfer before but suddenly changed his mind! and he spoke very badly to us like we stole his money!! and we are liars and he said a lot of bad things!! and asked us to leave the villa Wow!!!!! Then when he does everything he says ok, no problem, make a bank transfer!! My god!! Why did you ruin our day like this!! and treat us like this? very bad experience with manager and staff! I will definitely not come again
