Great hotel, only a 10 minute walk to the river and about a 15/20 minute walk to the hot springs. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice, only downside is that an actual coffee (Americano or what have you) costs extra. There's parking available at the hotel, but only for a couple of cars. You'll be asked to hand in your key because it might be necessary to have your car moved

Stayed in Bricks for our whole 8 days vacation. I must say that pur stay was amazing. Hotel Staff were nice specially Ms. ANNA who always greeted us with a smile everytime. Keep it up Anna 😊 Our room with church view was clean, i just need to mention that the bathroom shower drain is clogged so i think they need to check it. The hotel has a nice roodtop view of the city.

Very good location, short walk from the old city, many restaurants and sites. Staff very friendly and helpful, and a clean place. We had free breakfast, not many options, should be improved. I do recommend the place, for a nice, pleasant stay in Tibilisi

One of my worst hotel stay experiences. The manager tried to take advantage of us, asking 100 Lari (almost 35 euros !!!) for a lost plastic key card. He later negotiated the price in an obvious attempt to make money off a lost plastic card! This is the first time I have faced such a situation. It's a shame that such behavior has ruined the image of an otherwise average hotel. I would definitely NOT recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The stuff is very friendly, hospitable and understanding which is the most important thing. Rooms are big and clean with beautiful interior. Good location, near to metro station, and most of the attractions. But breakfasts could have a bit of variety.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
