Bridgewater by Smart City Stays

The most terrible experience I have had with any agent. I was on a business stay for about 40 days at Island Club Hotel. My stay included 3 days a week cleaning and 2 linen changes. My apartment was not on the cleaning schedule for the 1st 3 weeks. I had to call and remind management all the time about cleaning my apartment. The cleaning is not up to standard, they just do mjnor touch ups that makes it seem like they are actually cleaning. I had house keepers barging into my apartment on a Saturday morning coming in to clean whilst I was asleep because my unit was not on the list as it was meant to be on a Monday/Wednesday and Friday. Dishes in the sink was not washed, no sunlight liquid left for me to wash up, my towels was not changed, toilet rolls not put out and on 2 occasions I had my bed undressed and not made. The 1st time this happened, I alerted housekeeping when I got home at 18h00 and then they arrived at 22h00 in the night wanting to change my bedding. The 2nd time this occurred was when my family from Jhb was relocating to join me in Cape Town. Imagine the shock when I arrived to the apartment at 14h00 and found my bedding stripped and unmade. I immediately notified management that this is unacceptable and needed to be changed immediately because my husband and daughter was travelling on the road for 15 hours and needed to rest and have clean towels. Management read my messages and didn't respond, I tried calling many times but they ignored my calls. Eventually, a member of management in 'suit' came to change my bedding after 18h00 in the evening. My entire experience was terrible and unpleasant and I will never recommend Century City Letting to do my booking. Management (in particular Kay Boer and Seeraj are pathetic at solving many of the customer concerns) I have raised.
