I booked the hotel for 2 nights on a business trip and the service from the front office Manager was extremely disappointing. I lost my parking ticket and Nozi said unfortunately she can't help me, is not her problem- I was then ignored for almost 10 minutes, almost missed my flight. She did this in front of her other staff members. She mentioned words that I can't even put for public consumption. I was eventually assisted by the security guard who went to ask the parking officer to help. I paid R150 besides parking being included in my booking. I later found the ticket and phoned the hotel for refund and they declined my request. I'll never book here again. I've subsequently learned that other colleagues have also experienced poor service in the past.

My first day as a tenant, my items arrived slightly out of moving hours. Despite earnest pleas for at least just my mattress, management heartlessly denied. Which forced me to find somewhere else to sleep. I was denied basic empathy on a crucial first day. I'd caution anyone who see's this review to think twice before choosing a place that prioritises policies over people.
