Very excellent hotel, location , service , professionals staff Specially Yousef at FO , also there is mosque inside the hotel , which is amazing. I love spend my Vacation there once I go to Amman.

Under expectation. Very poor service (I had to retrieve my luggage by myself after more than 1 hour from our arrival, housekeeping to be improved, waiters not attentive at all and clumpsy). We also didn’t like the food. Room absolutely not 4 stars.

My family and I had a really nice experience at this hotel. Rooms are large and clean. A large indoor swimming pool was available to swim in as well.s Staff was always very helpful and polite. Our rooms came with a daily breakfast buffet with flavors from the middle east and beyond. There is no shopping area in walking distance that I could see but Uber rides are plentiful and not costly most places are with in a 5 to 10 minute drive. I would definitely come back. Thank you Bristol hotel for a great experience.

Unfortunately, my friend made a reservation at this lousy hotel and we paid $136 for services that are not worth it, knowing that this amount is average for 5-star hotels in Amman, the capital. First, we didn't find slippers, a toothbrush, a direct number for room service, none of this is in a 5-star hotel, the room fittings are less than ordinary, a small TV, dirty windows, and the funny thing is that when we asked for a late checkout for money they told us that the hotel is fully booked 😂 This is unbelievable, my advice is if you find this price on hotel booking platforms, do not proceed, just look for a Royal or Kempinski hotel, you will find the same prices with much higher services. I advise the company that manages this hotel to visit 3-star hotels in Dubai and mimic them; their status will be better than it currently is.
