Old, dirty and unreliable! The reception was not helpful, had to spent about 45 mins for them to confirm our reservation! The room was not clean enough and the mattress was broken! Doesn’t have any safebox in the room and they entered the room without our permission to clean it!! The breakfast was meh! I’m sure you can find a better 3 star hotel in Istanbul!

This is an extremely noisy place, bare minimum of equipment and not clean. Breakfast is just a few tasteless items, nothing warm. Room has no kettle, mugs, safe box, water or toothbrush. Aircon doesn't have a remote or even works! Fridge is moldy and broken, walls are thin as paper and you can hear 3 rooms to your left and right. Beds are not comfortable matress either. On the other hand staff are polite and nice, good access to shops and restaurants. Depends what are you there for, I couldn't get any good sleep or eat good in the hotel, but if you only love shopping and the rest doesn't matter, this is a place for you.

Let’s be real: besides the great location, you will get what you paid for! This place is cheap and this will reflect everywhere: walls, breakfast, bathrooms, bed. If you are on a budget, this is your place. If you want a good stay, avoid. I got stuck here for almost 2 weeks waiting for papers from the consulate and I survived. At the bright side, the hotel staff were really nice and friendly to me, and moreover, did not overcharged me.

Too bad experience in all means, I would give it zero stars if the that option existed. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel for a number of reasons. 1. The place is so dirty, gloomy and the maids don't clean the rooms, they just make the bed 2. The rooms are so moldy and tiny in size, the beds are small and the mattresses are too old to hold you, they are not healthy at all and caused back pain 3. Bathrooms are small and too bad, most of the faucets and showers are malfunctioning, we moved from one room to another and the problem still existed 4. The breakfast they offer is too limited in options, butter tasted like margarine 5. The elevator is too small and occupied all the time 6. Be careful, the dishes and cups used in the breakfast smell too bad, they are just dirty as anything else in the hotel 7. Towels are nasty and smelly, avoid using. My experience in this hotel was too bad, I truly regret going there. احذروا هذا الفندق، متسخ جدا في كل زاوية منه، الغرف صغيرة عديمة التهوية وحمامات حنفياتها لا تعمل، السجاد متسخ جدا و الفطور سيء ومحدود الاصناف. العاملات لا ينظفن الغرف، فقط يكتفين بترتيب الأسرة التي تفتقد فرشاتها الى الشكل السليم الصحي. المصعد صغير و مشغول معظم الوقت، الرطوبة قاتلة جدا في هذا الفندق. اتمنى ان لا تختاروه حتى وان تكلفتم بضعف السعر. كل امنيات السلامة
