Good location, 3 mins walk from Taksim Square , taxi have access to drop off near the hotel door, clean rooms as shown in the pictures ... Elevator is available.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that left a lot to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment lacked basic customer service and professionalism. The front desk staff was not collaboritve unless I paid tips, which I found to be quite unfair. Furthermore, I noticed that the hotel had a tendency to overcharge guests for various offers and activiies . They seemed to inflate the prices, taking advantage of unsuspecting visitors. It's disheartening when a hotel prioritizes profits over fair pricing and transparency. What bothered me even more was the behavior of the staff. On multiple occasions, I observed them laughing and speaking in their local language, which made me feel excluded and uncomfortable as a guest. It's important for hotel staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and treat all guests with respect and courtesy. The condition of the rooms was also disappointing. it was so small, The smell of smoke lingered in the hallways which made it quite unpleasant. Additionally, there was a persistent odor from the drains, indicating poor maintenance and cleanliness. In summary, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The unhelpful front desk staff, inflated prices, lack of professionalism, language barriers, and unpleasant smells all contributed to a disappointing stay. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodation options when visiting this area.

Highly recommend this cosy hotel. Very friendly, helpful and positive stuff. I should also note that rooms are not big but extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast foods are delicious and fresh 👍

‏When I traveled to Istanbul for the first time, I chose this hotel, maybe I was very stressed before seeing the hotel, is it a good hotel or not? But when I entered the hotel, I was surprised !!!! The hotel was very good, the behavior of the staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, the distance to Esteghlal Street was 2 minutes and Taksim Square was 5 minutes, to buy from the market There was no long distance. The market was 1 minute away from the hotel. Thank you for making the best memory of my first trip to Istanbul.
