Very friendly staff. Good rooms. Allows pets. Don't know about the location. Important advice: if going by car when booking your stay, contact them to reserve your parking space. You have to pay for it but its better. They don't have much spaces and even if you arrive and they're available, they might not allow you to park due to them being reserved. I don't know how far other parking space of the city are.

Dreadful — we needed to cantact them contact with a query on the afternoon before our stay. I messaged them with no reply. I phoned and hung on, at foreign phone rates, for half an hour and the phone was then disconnected. Having no answer to my question, I booked somewhere else and lost the price that I had paid for the hotel. To add insult to injury, I later got a message claiming that they didn't receive my phone call!

It's basic but it's got a great location right next to the panorama steps to overlook the city and just round the corner from the street that leads to most of the sightseeing. The WiFi is good, staff are pleasant and parking is available but charged for. The breakfast is limited choice but top quality items. For a two star hotel it's great. I will probably use again .

This is a gem of a budget hotel, situated just a short walk from the historical centre. The rooms are small but very clean with large comfy beds. There is free wi fi and vending machines in the lobby. French breakfast is available and secure parking must be pre booked for 8 euro. You can leave your car until 1700 on the day of departure and they are in the process of installing DC EV charging. The staff are helpful and friendly and sadly their English is better than my French. I shall be returning
