Great staff! No AC and it was really hot on my last business visit. I struggled to sleep because several active neighbors… if you know what I mean.

Such a charming hotel. The reception Monsieur was so kind and always tried to make us feel comfortable as much as possible. It was ancient post office and they renovate it to become as hotel. As you can see in the photo, the overall interior decoration still shows the history. Really close to the train station, and beak fast is simple but good quality.

Today was a special day to bring me and my friends to the hotel. We didn’t stay at the place but we have to say a big Thank You to the lover my lady we met at the reception. It was a rainy day and we can’t check in our hotel early. We had our luggages with us but want to visit the city a bit. The museum and the tourist office told us they couldn’t help with luggage storage. So we thought just to walk around and to ask. The lady we met was so kind, didn’t ask much and told us ‘it’s no problem’ with lovely smile. She didn’t even ask for anything back. We were very touched and wanted to leave this review for others to see- this level of hospitality is very precious nowadays. We will definitely book with Morand if we come back to Rouen! There’s a lovely home cat 🐈‍⬛ around too 🥰 . Merci beaucoup ❤️ 🤗
