I can say that it was the worst experience of my stay in my entire life. The access road is very, very bad, ie at the end of a steep uphill. The bed was broken and the walls were moldy, there was a strong smell of humidity in the room. The lock on the door was broken, we had to put the chair behind the door and literally hell. I think that if I had spent that night in a detention center, I might have been in a better situation. Don't be fooled by commercial photos posted on websites

!!!!!!!Attention! Scammers are at work in this hotel! There are much better options nearby. Avoid this hotel! The rooms are just disgusting! Allah bu oteli yerle bir etsin!!! Amin 🙏🏼

Don’t bother. Room was nothing like the photos. Tiles falling off, cracked walls, mould everywhere. Arranged different accommodation and have asked for a refund. Friendly staff but place is a shambles.

We stayed here for one night. We chose this hotel based on the good reviews that were posted. I have to say that I completely agree with some of the comments, for example, the reservation and the location of the hotel were good, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the hotel was awful, as you can see in the picture, the bathroom floor was completely dirty and when I tried to clean it myself, I saw the water pressure was extremely low. So I stopped bathing. The water pressure was generally flat and the heating system was so noisy that we could not sleep well.

It was very comfortable to stay in the hotel. It’s very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and clean. The position is perfect, just 5 min walking from Taksim station, you have metro and restaurants, clubs and shops. Volkan, Mohammed and Adnan welcomed me, they were kind and always available to help me and suggest anything about Istanbul. I will absolutely will come back!
