My experience with Brown Beach was awful. The room was fine. However, they double charged me and it took forever for them to communicate with me advising me that they will reverse one of the charges. They actually advised me to CALL MY CREDIT CARD AND HAVE THEM REVERSE THE CHARGE! Unbelievable. Be VERY careful if you check in online with your credit card, as they will ask for your cc again when checking in , in person. Which at the time of in person check in, i did advise them that i already check in online with my cc. be careful!!!!

The photos are somewhat misleading as the hotel is in significant disrepair. We originally booked a room with a Jacuzzi. However, the rooms are very small and not well kept, in fact dirty - we asked for a change of room owing to the lack of kindness in the room and an inability to fully close the curtains, meaning we had no choice, but to get up at the crack of dawn. We were granted a change of room, however, due to a sewage like smell in the lobby permitting the rest of the hotel and our new room, we decided to move hotel. The hotel agreed to refund us the c.£1000 the remainder of our trip and subsequently send an invoice. However, we have yet to receive any refund ( some two and a half weeks after) and have contacted the hotel via their WhatsApp, email and the wider browns hotel group email address. As of yet, no one has had the courtesy to respond or provide the refund - which summarises the attitude and management of the hotel. While the location is fantastic, the rest is much to be desired. Would avoid as better hotels for the same price in tel Aviv.

Awful experience in brown beach hotel!! Me and my boyfriend supposed to stay for a night in this hotel for my birthday. We came to the hotel and realized that although the hotel told him the room was upgrated we got a safe room. When we went to the reception to complain about that and after waiting all over again in the queue, she talked with her manager and gave us a key for a new room which surprise surprise was again a safe room. So we came to her again all disappointed and she told us to wait 10 mins for her manager. So we waited for 15 mins and than I told her to check if she is coming. And the receptionist told us the manager left, so we waited 15 mins for nothing, and that to not be worry since she is looking for us a new hotel for the night. She assumed without even ask us that we want to move to a new hotel. We ask for a refund and left. We spend more than an hour on my birthday there and got an awful experience. Don't spend your money and time in this place!!
