Lovely boutique hotel close to all the bars and restaurants of rotchild avenue. It gets noisy on a Friday and Saturday night outside as people are enjoying the night life. Room was superb as were the staff and breakfast. I paid for the superior room which gives you more space and coffee options. All rooms have Molton brown toiletries. 20 min walk to beach or use the scooters but wear a helmet!

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and it was one of the most horrendous experiences in Tel Aviv we ever had. There is a hotel restaurant with a terrace, and the music on the terrace was very loud till late night. The windows in the room have no sound isolation whatsoever, so we felt like we are in the middle of the restaurant. I'm not delusional about the location of the hotel (and it's great), but this is at the level of not respecting your own guests. Breakfast costed 110 NIS and it was shockingly poor, literally a couple of bowls with soft cheese, salad, eggs and pastry. That's it. Good things about this place are design, room size, amenities and great reception staff, very nice and polite.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were lovely with some nice unique touches. would deff be worth going with a superior room as the Solo rooms were little cosy, but still grate rooms. Hotel it self was in a great central location for night life and tourist locations. with about 20 min walk to beach. At night with location may be some noise of busy streets. Breakfast was great - good selection of local style. worth getting made to order omelet ! i personally would like to see some rotation of items as if there for few days can be same thing. Staff will make up a grab bag if you out early as well (need to tell them day before) ! Staff were grate - always happy to help and very welcoming from moment of arrival . I will deff be staying here again !

We stayed at the Theodor Brown for one night in June. The best thing about the hotel is its location. You can easily explore the city, walk to the beach and there are a lot of nice restaurants within a walking distance. The staff was also pretty friendly and tried to make our stay comfortable. However, the noise level at the hotel is just horrible and you can't get a good night sleep or even a decent rest during the day. The electric shades in the room don't fully close and there are no proper curtains to compensate for that. In addition, the windows barely isolate any noise from the street or the hotel restaurant. We tried 2 different rooms and both were extremely loud (noise from the dumpster in the courtyard, blasting music from the hotel restaurant, construction etc.). The breakfast was also pretty minimal in Israeli standards. The dinning area is partially open to the yard and the food was just standing there without any cooling or even ice to keep stuff like butter or cheese in decent condition.
