Adar at reception was exceptional in her customer service. I had difficulties with a cab driver who dropped me to the hotel and wanted cash. Adar walked me to the nearest ATM, helped me withdraw cash and then walked with me to the cab driver who only spoke Hebrew to translate what I was saying. And this was all at 5am in the morning! Their staff are super friendly and go above and beyond what's required of them. Would recommend.

My first time in Tel Aviv and I couldn't ask for anything better. very comfortable rooms, excellent service. Thanks to Rachele who made us feel welcome and made our stay even better. The breakfast is excellent and the location is ideal as it is right in the center of the city.

The staff on the whole were very nice except the girl who manages the pool area who is on a massive power trip. She made us feel unwelcome and like we were on a VIP wait list to enter a nightclub instead of simply getting access to the pool that we'd paid for. So unfriendly, over the top, and unneeded. Room was disappointing as the bed was two singles pushed together. Breakfast was good and the the wait staff and kitchen staff were all great. It's more of a party hotel than anything romantic.

I’ve been spending a weekend on July 14-15 at this hotel and I still can’t let go of difficult memory. I’ve been relaxing at the bar on the rooftop in the swimming pool area. Closer to 18:00 it started to close, but there still were people in the swimming pool and around it. I was sitting at the bar when one lady started to clean and the other worker been smoking at the bar and started talk to me, asking if I don’t see if they are cleaning and I have to leave in arrogant and disrespectful manner. I said that I see people around and don’t understand what’s the problem, she continued pushing me to leave in front of everyone. I brought up this situation at reception and they didn’t seem to care. I’ve called customer service and they sent me a bottle of champagne. I don’t drink alcohol. And I felt publicly humiliated. Still feel. I think you should talk to your staff. The rest of the workers was very nice and polite, I really loved the design and breakfast :)
