It’s the best hotel in TLV☀️ Located by the sea, very well managed with a kind staff, beautiful sunroof with hot-tubs, and even a business lounge that we enjoyed to work a little bit. They even welcome you with a glass of bubbles🥂. And it’s a pet friendly hotel, that’s nice & very important🐶. Rooms are very clean, you can notice a staff managers are checking the quality of cleanness everywhere. Really a lot of people working around to make your stay comfortable - that was feeling during the stay. And lastly- do yourself a favor, take a room with breakfast that served in the restaurant on the ground floor - there’s a lot a choice of food and very tasty🤤(& also very well managed). I think that managers deserve a big applause 👏 out there. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be back soon💞

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Waited for over an hour to get into our room. We arrived at 3:30. They told us to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes. We didn’t get our room key until 4:30. Our room had mold on the ceiling in the shower. It smells like a gym locker room. No coffee - they have a coffee machine at the entrance but no pods. The guy at the front desk said to get it from the breakfast area. The girl at the breakfast area said to get a paper from the front desk. When I went back to the front desk he told me to go to the fifth floor… what?! Rooms don’t have coffee either. If you’re a coffee drinker, you’re completely out of luck for coffee in the morning since the rooms don’t even have an electric kettle or microwave to heat water. No bikes. They advertise free bikes, but they apparently don’t have them “right now.” We were expecting a lot more, and we were disappointed every day we were here. Wish we would have booked somewhere else.

Stayed with my friend and I here and was such an amazing stay! Alon the manager was so welcoming and lovely and made it a wonderful experience. The design is beautiful and the rooftop is perfect to spend the week. Would reccomend!

The hotel is falling appart.. the sun deck was a mess missing shade the beads all dirty from pigeon poop. The jacuzzi where broken and missing parts and not big enough,the sound system al broken on the floor, the towels all torn and old,, I almost broke my toe getting out of the elevator since there is a high gap and felt into other gest... The smell of people smoking cannabis Infront of the elevator...There is no bar or service there, lost of electrical wiring on the floor as well screws.. as well there are no toilets close by. At the entrance the coffee machine is not working only hot water they say..

Very unpleasant and bad maintained rooms, not so tasty but big variety breakfast and good location. Feels like cheap and low cost hostel. The rooms are horrible, flooded bathroom, blood stains on my blanket, the sink is located inside the main room near the bad, the toilets flush makes noise like fighter jet, in the middle of a VERY small room there is a tv hanging from a ceiling difficult to move around the room and during all night a led from smoke detector was so bright we couldn’t sleep, plus the walls was so thin we could hear every sound from neighbors and the crowd under our window was having a party until 2 am. Totally ruined vacation. Sad.
