This hotel deserves to have 7stars at least. The location is perfect, fair prices, very good breakfast, the staff are so pleasant and nice. The rooms are comfortable and private. Highly recommended

The worst thing about NYX is probably the desk staff. Or maybe it's the location which apparently is the home of Tel Aviv's junkies and beggars, as they are harassing you nonstop while the hotel security sits and look at it. Or maybe it's the awful smell in the floors, or the towels that were not replaced since 2005 it seems (see picture). This is by far the worst experience i had in a hotel in Tel Aviv. The staff lied to us bluntly (we asked for 1-2 hours late checkout, and were told "not even by payment as we have a large group come in", where 10 minutes later i was shocked to hear another guest gets a late checkout when he asked). Overall a really bad place, would not recommend coming here.

We love this hotel. Great location, easy on and off the highway. Walking distance to Rothschild street and resturants and bars. Very clean hotel. Friendly welcoming staff. Amazing breakfast. Lounge all day for coffee and snacks. It is or favorite hotel in Tel Aviv.

This is a great hotel in Tel Aviv to stay at. Not on a cheap side, but hotels in Tel Aviv are generally expensive. Compared to the other sites, this one has really amazing deal of quality vs. price. Great staff and service. Also, in a good area and within a walking distance from the train station if you are planning on doing daily trips like we did. The breakfast is included and of incredibly good quality. Room was of a good quality. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the TV wasn't working when we checked in, but those were very quickly fixed. Staff was really helpful if you need any help. Overall, I highly recommend this place
