The hotel room is great and with a nice view. Super well located and the receptionist is super kind and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and have good breakfast options. Just one little detail: at night it could be a little bit noisy.

Best service we've had in a very long time. Beatriz was an absolute charm and a great asset to the establishment. She couldn't have been nicer, she showed interest in us and provided advice on where to go. The rooms were very nice but my only complaint is that they were a bit noisy, whether that's because we were closest to the lifts or they're all like that it's hard to say, probably the latter. The quality of the service and the amenities probably more than makes up for it. I'd definitely come back!

I wish I could give a 4.5, because the majority of our stay was absolutely excellent! Wonderful, warm service and very good value for money. Centrally located, but we did not hear the noisy streets from inside our room. The lobby is very stylish and has some nice cocktails :) We got help with all our questions and really loved the hotel breakfast at the building just up the block. Our room was a good size and had good utilities, plenty of room for our things including a good little fridge! The only reason I give it less than 5 is because when we arrived, I’m not sure if there was some kind of mixup but we were given a very poor room that the employee said was a bit unusual, and that he could change our room the next night if it didn’t suit us. I’m surprised the room is allowed particularly at that price - the shower is directly next to the bed, in fact you can’t open the shower door all the way because the bed is in the way. The toilet also had really loud pipes. We were moved to a MUCH nicer room the night after, and the hotel was apologetic and gave us some free cocktails. The bed in the original room was fine but weird that the room is an option at all haha. The new room was 100% better and very comfortable :) Overall I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a great location for exploring all parts of the city, in nice rooms for a good price. Just request one of the bigger rooms :)

Be warned the pictures online are not necessarily the room you will get. Our room was no bigger then essentially the bed. With the toilet and shower literally in the bedroom. There was no actual bathroom seperation. And the desk was cluttered with glasses and coffee maker. No space to actually use the desk. No space to literally move let alone put luggage. The front desk service was so rude. Not helpful at all when we first arrived and couldnt find parking or a place to drop luggage. We complained about the room as it was not at all what we booked online. And although they agreed to change our room it was with a disgusted face and a rude attitude. I would not recommend ever.
