Amazing stay at the loveliest hotel for the best price! The staff was wonderful, every one of them was so nice and so helpful and made the stay so much better. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was also very good, plenty of options and we always left full and satisfied. The location was also excellent, just a short walk and we were in Oxford street. Overall a lovely hotel and for such a good price, I truly recommend it! Once again a big thank you to the lovely staff for everything they helped us with and did for us!!

The breakfast (and Staff there) was amazing and the service there was Great! The cleaners in our room did a good job, but the reception desk were... Not helpful at all.. We needed a taxi at 0615 and I asked if the reception desk could order it for me, but he would only order a taxi who took cash only. That wasn't an option for me, so I had to find an app to download and fix it myself. Besides that, our Stay was great

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. The only thing that saves this hotel is the location, very convenient to take different tube lines and close to Marble Arch. For the rest, I would suggest to avoid it. In the room, the space is just enough for two people and suitcases, where the person sleeping on the side of the window has to jump the other one to enter and leave the bed. The toilet is old, tiny and with broken furniture. The cleanliness is poor. I'm allergic to the dust and from the moment I arrive til the one I leave, I'm non stop snizzing. The breakfast is acceptable, actually pretty good in comparison to the rest of the services. I general terms, according to the great accommodations offer in London, I would absolutely not recommend it!

Excellent,if you want to say with one word!Location,rooms,staff(receptionist,kitchen,manager,cleaning(Mahima,so sweet,lovely lady)! I stayed with my family,one room in the basement for a week,and one on the first floor for a two nights.Super warm,clean and cozy.Breakfast amazing,short walk to transportation,shops and restaurants. Internet didn’t work for a half day,some people complained about,didn’t bother us. I mean,you travel to places to see and enjoy the places,not to seat at room?!Anyway they fixed it for couple of hours.They have suitcases storage and is saying that they didn’t responsible for any issues,so don’t complain about it! We are highly recommended Brunel hotel,hopefully we find room available for the next time.Thanks to all staff!

I would like to give Congratulations👏🎖 to the personnel of Brunel Hotel!! They all are very helpful and polite and always eager to help us. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices!! The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and there a lot of pubs and restaurants near by. The beds are really comfortable and although the hotel is centrally located , it is really quiet and the sleep is without interruptions. To my opinion, the only thing that needs to be improved is the barhroom. Keep up the good work! Thank you for tour hospitality!!👍😊
