BEWARE this property is not as advertised. It didn’t not seem safe. The pool isn’t even full, it’s overgrown with weeds. The door was broken in the first room they gave us. The door in the second room was also broken. There were transient people everywhere. We requested to move to a different hotel immediately, and they transferred us to another property.

I stayed here to attend a concert at The Ball Arena (15 min walk away). It's an older hotel (think 80s style) but the bed was comfy and the room was decently clean. The AC worked great and the room had dark shades so I slept well. Angelique (at the front desk) provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. She was friendly and helpful (all before 8am too!). I would come back and stay here again. Thank you again, Angelique! :)

This is truly the Frontier airlines of hotels. For a reasonable price, you get a bed, a bathroom, and a door that locks. You want housekeeping? That’s an up charge. You want a queen size bed that’s actually queen size? 20$ You want more than “5 items from the breakfast bar?” You guessed it, that’ll cost you. There was also a very distinctive odor about the place. And the service was on another level of unwelcoming. I was told no less than 4 times that I would not be allowed guests (?) or smoking or leaving any trash or I would lose my $50 deposit. So yeah I looked around and there are literally hundreds of nicer places. They might cost an extra 20-30$. But it’s money well spent.

The view of the Denver skyline is beautiful. However it is not worth staying here. I checked in and checked out right away. When I checked in I was given my key card and when I got to my room and shut the door it looked like the door had been kicked in. Huge gaps above, on the side, and below the door. I’m not even confident the lock worked. I do NOT recommend anyone stay here. The women working the desk were great when I checked out. Way overpriced for the state of the building and rooms.

Great for the price and location. Was not expecting anything fancy and that was the case. A/C, fridge, microwave and TV worked just fine and that is all I was looking for. Did not have an ice bucket in the room or at the front desk so the front desk guy gave me a trash liner, so I made a sink cooler. All good and they even accommodated an extra half hour check out time that I needed.
