Nice rooms, average sized but very modern amenities, very clean, good AC, excellent bed and pillows. Staff is very helpful during check-in, all able to speak English. Offered our party complimentary non-alcoholic drinks during check-in and also a handmade friendship bracelet - very nice touch. The concierge and valet showed us to our rooms and brought up our bags, then talked us through how to use the amenities in the rooms. Excellent location near the water, on a flat road (many hills nearby). Rooms are quiet. Haven't checked out the restaurant or gym, or spa yet, but pictures look very nice. Many restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable, quiet, clean and have a cosy feel. The entire hotel is well designed and had a positive energy. What sets this hotel apart is the staff, who made my family feel extremely welcome. One member of staff who really stood out was Tugce. She went out of her way to help us and really made our stay even more special. Her high standard of service is one reason we will return to this hotel!

If I could give six stars for service - I would. We just wrapped up a cruise and had one more night in Istanbul. The front desk staff and bellhops were so wonderful and accommodating. Great hospitality, and a big thank you to their team and management.

We really enjoyed staying at the Burdock Hotel for our wedding anniversary, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked through the elegant lobby, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The attention to detail in every aspect of my stay was remarkable. The room itself was a haven of luxury and comfort. The tastefully designed decor, plush bedding, and state of the art amenities made me feel pampered throughout my stay. The stunning view of Istanbul and Galata Tower from my window was awesome. The culinary experiences at the hotel’s restaurants were exceptional. They ensured that every meal was a delightful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or fulfilling special requests, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. The spa provided a serene escape to my wife, and the fitness center was well-equipped for my fitness routine. Our time at Burdock Hotel was perfect and I can’t wait to return.

Burdock is one of the best Autograph hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff are so attentive and friendly you might think you’re at a Ritz Carlton. The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Location is excellent. Easy access to all parts of the city via tram which stops 50m from the entrance. Walkable from the cruise ship terminal if arriving or departing from a cruise. Excellent value!
