Central location and good price. Classic design and architecture.The pool was clean and well maintained. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. I appreciate the Parisian style black and white bathroom with brass fittings. The highlight was the rain shower. The water pressure was even stronger than that of most 5-star hotels and is a true pleasure after a long day of sightseeing. Buri Siri has the potential to be a delightful boutique hotel if management pays close attention to details. The hotel is well thought out in design. But maintenance seems to have fallen by the wayside. The reception area was disorganized and cluttered with knickknacks, boxes, and other tacky items. Signs directing guests to the front desk would also be helpful. Small improvements, setting and maintaining standards of excellence takes a business from mediocre to great.

We stayed in the standard room which is in the front building (there are two buildings). It was noisy outside at night as well as in the morning and the room wasn’t soundproof so our stay wasn’t so pleasant, not to mention that i clearly heard footsteps of people in the room above and bathroom drainage wasn’t working properly. Location is great though, within short walking distance to cafes and restaurants.

Great location Staff super helpful Aircon great Sound proofing was fine slept very well not sure what the people where on about in the reviews saying planes to loud and people noise I’ve only noticed the planes when sat on balcony. Location is perfect for coffee shops restaurants etc

Mr Bew (supervisor) and his team very kind am from Hong Kong Mr Huynh and my wife from czech republic ms Tobolkova we loved the hotel and the hospitality from the friendly team, we asked and we get anything we wanted timely. Love the swimming pool and very well located in the center of the city, highly recommend if you want a great hotel in Chiang Mai. Breakfast is very nice too:) Room spacious and great view We will definitely come back!
