I had a fantastic stay at Sri-pat and highly recommend the property. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and clearly take great pride in the accommodation. The guesthouse and rooms are very clean and well maintained; retaining Thai aesthetics and charm with great comfort and amenities. The location is stellar being within the Old City and close to all major attractions, though tucked away just enough to provide peace and quiet. Restaurants, bars, shopping, massage parlors, and most anything else can be found within walking distance. And with the warm friendly employees it felt like being welcomed home each night. I will certainly be back!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Rooms were always clean and nice, the bed was huge and comfy, and it's nicely located within the old town of the city. Also the staff was really kind, understanding and helpful when my partner caught dengue fever, thank you so much for the help!

Really friendly staff and a warm, homely feel. You do trade off a little bit of hotel luxury (the air con is a bit noisy and the facilities are pleasant but basic; wifi doesn't work very well so I ended up using my mobile data most of the time) for a homely stay. Sunbirds (similar to hummingbirds) visited my balcony one morning, which was a real treat! You get two bottles of water free per day in refillable/resealable glass bottles, which is better for the environment than plastic. There is also a water station down at reception for more drinking water. The location is fantastic for exploring, and there are lots of good places to eat and drink nearby, as well as a 7/11 very close to the end of the soi. You are also not very far from the entrance to Sunday Walking Street. Overall, the location felt safe and convenient, and the staff were really lovely.
