Enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Bulgari London. We took the train from Paris and forgot our coat on the train. We spoke to Nico upon arrival but really thought chances were slim. The next day the coat was in our room! I visited the spa and it was the best experience ever. The staff here were all so friendly and professional. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The restaurant service and food was wonderful. Can not wait to return.

Excellent. In amongst all the supposedly 5 Star hotels in London they all have some excellent qualities and one or two things that are not so good that just might prevent you from returning- not this one! Early check-in was a great start. This hotel is amongst the best in London, at this level it is very hard to be better and too easy to let something slip- they do not let anything slip at The Bulgari! Every member of staff showed professionalism and diligence, definitely Tier One. Thank you.
