Good morning, This is the first Google review I write in my lifetime. I was motivated to write this review because I was very moved by the extraordinary warmth with, which all the hotel staff treated us. My family travels a lot, and had never experienced this attention in such delicate moments, when my son got sick with a severe stomach virus. I am beyond grateful to all The Langham Hotel staff. Had Afternoon Tea here. The Palm Court is well laid out, and the staff attentive. The sandwiches fresh and cakes were delicious. The savoury scones a little dry but the traditional scones with jam and cream were fresh and warm. Selection of teas was extensive and served hot in lovely teapots. Additional sandwiches were offered and accepted. We ate the lot so there was nothing left to take away in the charming little parcels that several others walked away with. Overall a lovely afternoon.

Classic 5* London Hotel. One of my favourite to visit. Well located in Central London with good service, beautiful decor and a great spa/pool/gym. Breakfast can be taken in the rooms, restaurant or as a buffet in the attached pub which I really enjoyed. The rooms are nice but a bit old fashioned and corporate in their design. Highlight for me is the bar, which is one of my favourite hotel bars in town. Staff are polite and well trained, food is excellent and the cocktails are really creative and well curated. It makes for a nice winter bar.
