Absolutely incredible hotel to stay in Rome! Brand new and modern, just exactly what Rome needed. The staff is lovely and super attentive. My room was very luxurious and comfortable to stay in for a few days. I also loved dining at the top floor restaurant, food was delicious. I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay.

Highly impressed by this hotel. The staff is all friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, especially Lorrenzo. The hotel itself is stunning, with a very modern yet elegant style. Attention to detail is paid to almost all aspects of the rooms and grounds, which are finished with top-of-the-line fixtures and furnishings. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop with a garden overlooking the city with a bar as well as multiple restaurants (one with a chef that has earned three Michelin stars). If you want a small, private, and quiet hotel with exceptional service, this is perfect for you.

I visited the cafe on the beautiful Piazza Augusto Imperatore for tea. With a 5 stars, I use to be brutal because nothing can be left to the case. I found the price of the water out of the standard range of the luxury hotel in Rome (8€) . The welcome moment is really elegant with the hostess who escorted you to the seats in a very professional way, but I have to append my coat to the chair! Where is the wardrobe!!!! Then the toulette is downstairs after a dark stair. They are luxury but the water is cold!!! Finally, the tea. Beautiful list of teas, but they bring it in a steel tea pot not aligned to the level. The price (a part of the water is correct)

We visited Bulgari Rome and absolutely loved it. I’m so glad they now have a location in Rome! The staff are super professional, eager and well trained- as you would expect. After visiting Bulgari Dubai, I wanted to specifically try the chocolate/pastry shop in Rome. They were not yet open, but a wonderful staff member, Alexandra I think her name was, went out of her way to ask the director and escorted us personally to the shop with my Daughter. Will definitely return and recommend!
