The room was very clean. The negative point of it was the shower, was very very difficult to use, we were either getting burnt or cold from the water, which was not enjoyable. The service at the reception and room services was good and people were nice. The breakfast included in our room was also good. Coffee, tea, fruits, juice, egg and black beans. The emplacement was perfect, 3 minutes walk from the bar street area.

The hotel itself is super cute. The staff was incredibly nice and the restaurant upstairs was delicious. That being said, the beds were terrible. Like the most uncomfortable, hard beds ever. The walls are really thin, or maybe it’s the open part in the middle- but you can hear every thing. The rooms themselves also have no air, the hallways are air conditioned but the rooms are hot and stuffy. There are windows but when you open them, your likely to hear someone talking or a phone ringing or a blow dryer. Last but not least the showers: the bathrooms are a good size and the design of the shower is great however the water temperature is like a game of Russian roulette. One second the water is freezing and the next it’s burning hot. Your constant attention is needed to make sure the water stays reasonable. The location is great and again the staff is lovely but there is no way I would stay here again.

Great staff and decor. Tere in particular was very kind! Best hot water shower I’ve ever had in Mexico. Only thing to improve: the sink faucet handles were hard to use and never fully turned the sink off. But that’s honestly a small and easily fixable thing, and I’d stay here again for sure.

Not all rooms have a window leading outside, but only to the hallways of the hotel so you cannot get fresh air unless you’re lucky with your room. The wooden showers look esthetically nice, but they stink of mold. The water temperature shifts between super hot and super cold, so our showers there were really stressful and rushed. The mattress is ROCK solid, absolutely awful! There is no hairdryer provided, so bring your own. The breakfast consisted of a small plate of pineapple and watermelon topped with granola, honey and some sort of yoghurt, and a few pieces of pastries. You would have to be seated and wait for the food every morning, which often took 10 minutes.. so if you’re in a rush or want to stay full for more than an hour, go have breakfast elsewhere. The hotel shuts the gate on the main floor during the night, so it feels safe. But overall, I would not stay here again.

I will not give any detail about anything positive in this review so you the reader are not tempted to be swayed...that is unless you do not value your sleep. If I could add a sound recording to this review I would . It's after midnight on a Thursday and this place is full of tenants blaring TVs, talking loudly, doors slamming, and basically partying . The projects are probably quieter. The front desk doesn't seem to care as we've been out there 3 times now. Nothings changed. Do yourself a favor and move on from this hotel as a choice. Not worth it.
