This downtown location is extremely convenient and close to all of the attractions. The rooms are clean, bright and well maintained. The check-in was seemless with bilingual staff, very courteous and knowledgeable about the area

Great hotel in a great location. Right next to the Reforma mall. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Beds and pillows were comfy. I can’t say enough great things.

Great location. Very courteous staff , especially "Nayely" who took care of my check in and check out. The hotel requires you to pay your bill at "check in" and not "check out". Rooms are clean. Water pressure in the shower is terrific. Only downsides were that the air conditioning did not cool lower than 73 degrees at night and continental breakfast was a bit bland.

In May 2023, a young woman took her own life in this hotel without the staff intervening to stop the tragedy, mocking and recording the event without empathy. If you are a foreigner or Mexican, I invite you not to stay in this place out of respect for the victim and do not give your money to a company that does not care about the safety of its customers. In addition, there are cases of theft of personal information and rudeness of the staff with customers. Host at your own risk.
