very pleasant staying.Anna was very nice and friendly,it was so good to talk to her. We had six people stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 days ,the apartment space was lage and comfortable,each room have air-condition and fan, and the rooms were clean with adequate space. The location was very convenience -shopping center just opposite the road,and walk distance to fleet terminal and around. definately recommend this place for family and small group! And would love to stay there next time 😄

Anna provided an exceptional level of service both leading up to and during our stay. On finding out that my wife has mobility issues, she arranged for a single level apartment in order to make her stay easier. The apartment was well appointed with everything that would be needed for an extended stay. Our only issue was that we found the bed in the master bedroom to be overly firm. This purely comes down to our personal preference as our children found the other beds to be fairly comfortable. The location was fantastic. Shops, cafes, restaurants, etc are all within walking distance.

My partner, our 14 month old baby, and I stayed here for a week. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was huge. Really large bedrooms, high ceilings, lots of storage and space. I loved that the staff set up a real timber cot for the baby with a comfortable mattress. All linen and towels were provided. They even gave us a mid-week complementary apartment clean. It was convenient to go out for walks with the pram, down the lift and out the remote garage door. Everywhere in the city is walkable. I really love that the complex has recycling, and even a bucket to leave your 10c recyclable containers (I usually have to save all recycling and take it with us as sadly, most hotels and apartments don't have recycling). Overall, nice comfortable stay. Thank you.

Anna is the best🫶. She is like staying with a family member. Nothing is an issue & she will go out of her way to assist to make your stay the best & most restful as possible. The Units have everything you could possibly imagine & exceptionally cleaned. Having secure car parking is a bonus & the swimming pool is a great way to cool off in the balmy evenings. Even having for the littlest to swim. Another great thing is being across the road from the Cairns Central, easy to get supplies, food or even catch a movie. Do yourself a favour if you wish to be treated like royalty by Anna, book & stay here🤩😍💛💙💛
