A bit older units, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is great. Chris was so helpful and even carried our bag to the second floor. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days. This is the only hotel I have been to that let's you use the pool, provide showers, changing room and luggage storage while waiting for your flight. Yes I recommend!

Solid three star hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We did have some sugar ants around but nothing concerning. The breakfast was a good option when we had an early tour pick up and the food was better than most hotel food. The desk staff was really nice and accommodating (shout-out to Chris for being really helpful). Beautiful inner courtyard area with lots of plants. Edit: They allowed us to store our bags after check out AND use the pool and shower after being checked out. Really kind of them.

Excellent location for what I needed to attend for a function in Cairns - walking distance to everything. Facility clean and easy to get around - I was on the ground floor and asked for that. Dine-in breakfast good value for money compared to local cafes. 10pm locked front doors is new to me but easy access with room card and after-hours gate access. Price range and value was perfect for what I was looking for. Would book again in future.

Stayed here during my visit to Cairns. The overall experience was good, especially the rooms were quite well maintained, clean and somewhat spacious for a hotel in this price range. We were unable to get early checkin as they were fully booked out but did manage to store our luggage until checkin. Location wise, it's about 10-15min walk from the coast and about 15-20min drive from the airport. The breakfast wasn't complimentary but they had some coupons for 2 meals at $28 which had a good selection of breakfast items. Overall I feel this hotel offers a good compromise in all aspects

Good hotel with pool. Far enough away from the centre of town which was loud but close enough to walk. Rooms neat and tidy. Not much noise insulation between floors and rooms and despite notices about keeping "quiet time" between 10pm and 8am some guests were very noisy but, other than that, quite nice 2 night stay. Useful having no parking restrictions in road outside
