A great value hotel. It is located 3-5 min walk from the bus and railway station. And 10 min walk from the historical center of Annecy. The staff was extremely frendly and always ready to assist you. The rooms are not so big but they are clean and they have everything that you will need for your stay. The breakfast was great and the there was plenty of choice. Just one downside - there was no tomatoes or olives. But there was very tasty fruit salad so that was enough of a compensation.

Well located hotel at the station and close to the center. People at the desk are very friendly and willing to help and even store my bike at their bureau. Rooms is quite small and carpet had much stains but overall was clean and ok. Breakfast however was not good. The lady was very unfriendly and there was a strange vibe die to it. Also the food was not so good, cettainly for it's price.

Wonderful hotel in a great location! The staff couldn't have been friendlier and they really helped make my stay in this beautiful town even better. The location of the hotel is ideal; less than a 5 min walk from the Anncey Train Station and a 3 minute walk into the Old Town. You can stroll to the lake in 10 miagain. The rooms are average size and extremely clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and the water got hot fast and stayed hot. The air conditioner works extremely well. I will definitely be back in Anncey, and I will stay at this hotel agaon.
