I expected a lot better for that price. The apartment is pretty spacious and well lit but the appliances were a bit old. It is warm nonetheless. The neighborhood is pretty calm and the owner was pretty helpful

Great place, not far away from the centre. Reasonable rates for August, swift response from the owners of the flat. We were at the 2nd floor, clean and fully equipped flat, not luxurious. Private parking is at the side of the hotel, which is very convenient. Great experience at Annecy, definitely we will be visiting the town again.

Nice place, owner very helpful, clean and everything you need. 15 min walk into old town its perfect for us. We are motorcycle touring and stop off for 2/3 nights here and there. I would recommend it.
