There were lots of insects in the suite I stayed on the fifth floor. Unfortunately, I found a worm, beetle, spiders and other insects. There was no A/C, cooler only, which I felt hot inside the room. The view was stunning, but what is the benefit of the view if you will sleep surrounded by insects. Services are not that good there were no bellboy to curry luggages sometime they ask me to come down to take what I need as they should deliver it. I had an issue where I was obliged to leave one night early (I booked 5 nights) but the manager let me down although I booked at the height rate and I thought that I would be appreciated, for this reason I will not stay again in this hotel again. It was a terrible stay I have ever had.

We stayed in a room with a nice balcony with tables and seats to a beautiful lake view. Waking up to sounds of the nature is definitely one of the best things ever and to us, a perfect start to our honeymoon in Switzerland. The room itself is big, clean and nice. The breakfast provided was really yummy with a good variety of bread, coffee and tea selection. Excellent service from the staff as well. They were always friendly and greeting us. The only downside of this hotel is that - the hotel is located in Weggis, next to the Hertenstein (See) boat station. And to get there, it is a 30 minutes boat ride from Lucerne which doesnt run 24 hours a day. It wasn’t an issue for us tho, if you want a quiet stay, away from where tourists normally stay. This is the place to be. We had a relaxing stay and roamed around Weggis meeting many locals. We stayed here from 30/5-2/6

Same issues that other guest report. You pay 500 dollars / night and expect a 5 star Hotel only to learn that you have NO AIRCON while it’s 35 C outside. I even inquired the week before if they had Aircon and when we opened the room door we found already the first insects The Hotel as a no refund policy hence one you book you are trapped

The most important thing in the hotel that customer needs it’s the hospitality. And this hotel never have it. I had bad experience when I’ve booked the studios room’s because I thought it’s for human stays. There was constructions in the corridors and very bad smell.I’ve booked 2 rooms but I didn’t stay there and no body from the customer service helped me and they are saying that everything thing is normal. Even I’ve payed a big price for that and they didn’t give me another clean rooms in the hotel and they didn’t refund my money.

It was nice staying at this Hotel, I really liked the private lake beach and the view from the room and the surrounding areas was amazing. The breakfast was great. Would have been nice if the room had a water cooker and the air quality in the room was not so good (not sure if the air conditioner system in the room was even working) but it was fine when I kept the window open. But overall a good stay that I really enjoyed.
