Stayed 3 weeks, overall satisfied. Convenient location for work, close to many finance companies. The room is fairly big (esp. bathroom), has the necessary facilities, and is kept clean. Breakfast was nice. The main downside is that sound isolation could be better. Sound from the street outside is fortunately not very audible, but elevator is loud, and the neighbour room was easy to hear (probably because of a locked door to it, unused because I didn't know the neighbours).

The hotel is very nice, the public spaces and the room blew us away, the attention to detail is unmatched, they really spared no expense, or at least it seems like it. The food is great and so is the bar staff. However, the front desk staff, seemed annoyed and bothered by being asked questions, but then again that might me a Chicago thing because we encountered this at other places. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Canopy by Hilton Chicago. The front desk staff was super friendly and renting bikes was a breeze. The room was fantastic, close to city sights, and spotlessly clean thanks to discreet housekeeping. They kindly accommodated a delayed cleaning request. The fitness center had great equipment, and the lobby bar at Depot 226 provided exceptional service and the meatball sauce was delicious. Highly recommend for Chicago visitors!

This is my new favorite hotel. Immaculate. Complete redesign of your typical hotel room, but efficient and well thought-out. Bonus? You don't get wet trying to turn on the shower. Breakfast and lunch were good but the new rooftop restaurant was fantastic (only open for dinner). By the way, the levator 'chimes' sound a little different - just think of it as a cricket LOL. Highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay!! I was in town for a business trip so we stayed at the Hyatt Centric a couple blocks down and then ended the business trip on a personal note at Canopy and glad to be there! The front desk were accommodating with early and late check-in/outs, respectively. They even accommodated us leaving our luggage since we had a later flight We had a suite on the 14th floor and enjoyed every moment! Rooms were exactly as pictured and even better in person! Loved the theme. The location is walkable to a lot of restaurants, touristy spots, and the train. We will definitely be back when we are in town again!
