Love this new Hilton property. All the staff were very professional and helpful. The hallways between rooms are very clean and there are a couple water refill stations on each floor which is very helpful. There has definitely been some thought put into the rooms as well. Compact and cozy. There is a control panel for the lighting/and window blinds and it feels like you're operating something in the future. Great feel in this hotel with a lot of attention to detail! Thank you!

Hilton has outdone itself again.....I keep falling in love with Hilton's Line of Canopy This one is rightly placed downtown and quite reminiscent of the authentic vibe and groove of Toronto. So fresh, clean, and vibrant. I enjoyed my stay immensely.I am a child of sight and sound, and this hotel is not dissappoint. Impeccable ambiance, awesome hospitality, Exceptional concept and expertly curated.... You have got to stay here. Close to all of the cities' amenities and right next to the subway....need I say more?

First visit to Toronto and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from check in to check out. Maria went above and beyond to assist me and address my needs as I was working remotely and needed a quiet room and later checkout to fit all my meetings in. The hotel and rooms are up to date and beautiful! Would highly recommend, it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such excellent service!

Had a wonderful stay this weekend for my birthday! The hotel is so beautiful and we were impressed with our room. The staff and the valet parking made our visit very smooth, from check in to check out. The staff arranged a complimentary delivery of cake for my birthday and it was actually really delicious! Special shout out to Kelvin and Marcel for the superb customer service! The room was absolutely incredible and clean. The king bed was really comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed, and the Nespresso machine was the perfect touch. We loved how easy it was to control the lights and curtains with the touch-screen. We would certainly come back!

The check in process was quick and easy just as I would expect from Hilton. The front desk staff are very friendly and attentive. They offered my dog a really nice bed and dog bowls!! So sweet of them, especially since this is my first time ever traveling with my dog on an 8.5 hr road trip from America. The room was super clean, modern and nicely designed. I have to agree with the previous reviewer when they mentioned that the switch panels were some what more complicated than they needed to be. And some of the lights are just a bit much. With that being said, the check out time was 12:00pm. I had my husband take the luggage downstairs so that I can get my dog ready and check out smoother and quicker. I get a text from him saying that his card to use the elevator is no longer active and he is unable to head back to the room. 30 seconds later at 12:05 I get a knock from one of your hotel staff. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or not but she had a white blazer with a long dark ponytail asking me if I was ready to check out..I have traveled and stayed with Hilton in Hawaii more than 6 different times, and Orlando many times as well and have never been questioned 5 minutes after check out time. I told her I’ll be down in a moment as I was putting on my shoes. I felt like maybe a phone call to question me would have been better instead of disturbing the room and getting my dog nervous.
