This was the perfect hotel to relax, bath and the beds were the most comfortable I've experienced so far. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices, both western and Vietnamese style. Eggs can be cooked how you like and staff were so accommodating to any requests. I was fortunate to check in early with no extra costs. Easy walking distance to all areas of Sapa and only 5mins to Fansipan train station. I will stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Thankyou

Positives for the hotel is that it's pretty central (close to the lake) and the room is comfortable enough but it has a bit of a weird layout i.e. A window in to the foyer. There's a lot for breakfast - it's okay but not amazing. One of the downsides is that at breakfast they do start playing music and it's pretty noisy (could hear it on the second floor at least). They claim to have a fully stocked minibar but in reality it just has two bottles of water which they greatly overcharge for - there's a nice convenience store close so go there instead. The staff try to be friendly but unfortunately there is a big language barrier - didn't experience it this much across Vietnam, especially in the service sector.

In summary, excellent place to stay, in fact the best accommodation. The rooms are clean, the facilities well maintained, the staff, especially the lady at the reception (she is there 24 hrs), always smiling and helpful whenever you ask for assistance. Breakfast has plenty of varieties and definitely yummy. Location wise, unless you are with elderly, everywhere is accessible and walking distance. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Big issue with attitude of the staff who handled the landline. Is "first impressions always important", especially in the service sector? But our first impression with this hotel, was very bad. Those were the unacceptable responses and attitudes of the female staff member who took our call on the landline number. Your hotel may be big and majestic, the location may be beautiful, but the key factor is the quality of service provided by the staff, you still have to put in a lot of effort. We will not choose this hotel for our stay, in Sapa.

Loved this hotel for our family trip in Sapa. We got upgraded to a bigger room and the kids had a nice room with three single beds. Very nice clean rooms with lots of space and elegant decor. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice. Helpful staff who were always quick to help with issues. We had no problems, just wated our a/c adjusted to a lower temp which they did, and needed help with the TV controls. Highly recommend this hotel for families.
