Great location!! Walking distance to everything downtown which is very accessible. The hotel is well maintained and the environment was pleasant and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure that guest were comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back! Just a charming place. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Cebu.

The rooms were clean and the place has a very nice ambiance with a fantastic old time charm. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. This was on the top of the list of best stays ever!

The rooms were clean and the place has a great ambiance. The hotel also is very near to other important establishments. Staffs also are very accomodating and helpful. Had a great stay, indeed.

We stayed here for almost 4 months I think. They have a good customer service from their receptionists, cleaning staff to their security guards. Both are awesome in their respective roles. My concerns were: 1. I guess the price is not right for the room we got. 2. Our room was scheduled to be cleaned every week. And they’re only changing the linens, rugs and bath towels twice a month. We don’t have problem with the linens and towels. The problem come from the bath rug. It should be changed every week. For sure the bath rug will get dirty for a week. If you’re cleaning the bathroom without changing the bath rug, then the room is not 100% cleaned. I’ve told the staff about it and she said, they don’t have enough bath rug. After weeks of stay, there’s a circumstance that we emailed the receptionist that weren’t satisfied on how our bathroom was cleaned and they offer to re-cleaned it. And I have discovered that they don’t have supply anymore for the chemicals they used to clean the bathroom. Hopefully, the management will double check on these things.
