This is quite a late review, but i sincerely believe that i should give credit to this hotel who amazingly make our stay so memorable and comfortable. We booked in this hotel a month ago with my cousins from USA. We booked a one bedroom suite. The room is quite spacious, it was clean and the bathroom is spacious and clean. From the reception and to the housekeeping staff, who are so accommodating and friendly, thank you. I also enjoyed our breakfast, it was located at the roof deck of the property with an amazing view of the city and a golf course nearby. It also has an amazing view at night which make our little drinking session a night to remember. The food is great too. For families who wanted to travel to Cebu, i suggest this property. They have a resort type swimming pool which will be enjoyed by your kids and adults alike. One thing more, it is near IT park and Ayala Mall Again, thank you so much Noble Cebu.

Do not eat at their roof deck restaurant. I believe this is where I got food poisoning. My first morning I ate their complimentary breakfast and noticed some of the meat was cold. After further inspection, i noticed the food warmers weren’t even on. This probably meant all the other food items were also out of safe temperature. That evening I experienced intense food poisoning symptoms that I am currently still recovering from 3 days later. I was not able to join my family on our vacation plans to visit whale sharks, canyoneering, and viewing waterfalls. The rooms are not very clean. AC blows out dust and has small insects crawling on it that I assume are dust mites. The restroom is full of rust. Shower has so much dirt buildup from lack of deep clean. Toilet still had an unacceptable amount of stains at check in. They also seem to be either understaffed or unorganized because it took over an hour and two reminder calls for a request to be fulfilled for more toilet paper.

Just a terrible hotel. Rooms are very small, the hot water in the tiny bathroom is either boiling hot or cold. The large bed advertised for the room was just two single beds pushed together. The buffet breakfast is the absolute worst I have experienced in cebu. Tiny selection, even the bread was stale and the toaster in the buffet was so dirty and was actually just a small toaster oven, that's ok i guess but how disgustingly dirty it was is just lazy staff and managers who do not care. As hard as I try I can't think of anything positive to say about the Nobel. Don't stay here you will regret it.

Horrible experience at the breakfast buffet. We lost our reservation go another group due to them not double-checking the reservation name. Not only did they lack expertise, they lacked staff. The food was horribly unseasoned. It took some time before everything was refilled at the buffet, down to waiting for plates. The food was inedible. Furthermore, place is deserted, gives off an eerie vibe as opposed to a welcoming one. There is no point visiting this place besides the view. Save your money and go elsewhere.
