room was dirty, smelly. sheets soiled. TVs dont work. One wonder why these hotel owners dont improve their businesses and just leave things to rot. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this horrible place

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Swoop put us up here for the night after cancelling our flight and we didn’t stay more than 20 minutes after seeing our room. Our bed sheets were dirty, the light in the bathroom didn’t work and there was BROKEN GLASS and exposed wires. Not only are the rooms disgusting, dangerous and hallways barely lit but the “receptionist” was completely useless and a jerk. Either he told us he was simply refusing to call us a taxi or that taxis wouldn’t even come pick us up there. We ended up WALKING to a new hotel up the street and paying for the night instead. -10/10

It all started with the reservation, I was given a price by Best Day, and was charged more when the hotel processed my stay. Then when we arrived at the hotel, the room has dirty, only had a single towel, the bathroom was horrendous, and the AC barely worked. Photos posted of this place do not represent the reality, I only wished to have taken some of my own to attach to this reservation. Frankly, for this same price, there are a lot of better options in the city. I stayed in the room for 10 minutes before making another reservation in another hotel and running away from there.
