Great and convient (very close to ADO bus station) place to stay. It's not a luxury accomodation, but it is nice and comfortable. AC, hot water, small fridge. The owner is as friendly and helpful as they come. Thank you

Perfect little place for a Cancun stopover near the ADO station. Great communication with Oscar the owner, who is very kind and does everything to make things better. He even gave me a lift to the ferry dock when he drove his friend there. The rooms are super clean, I mean even the floor is squeaky clean. I felt safe as a solo traveller, and slept very well. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Close to the bus station and good and clear communication with the owner but overall it is a dump. Dirty sheets, smell from sewage, wet floor in bathroom from everywhere, small bed for two, no bottle of water, cold water for shower but it was hot so it was ok. Area where the guest house is - not the best to walk around during the night. Stay here only if you don't have other possibility otherwise skip it.

Trust me, this place is nothing like the pics....Or we got the worst room in the house, no 3?!? Everything is falling apart, the doors of the room and bathroom hang so you can only close them with a lot of noise...The area is very, very dodgy, although we felt safe in our room. The shower had only cold water.. Basically, it served its purpose by being close to the bus station and Oscar the owner was very detailed in his instructions, but it still is a dump.

Amazing location in Cancun. Let me be more specific : when you check on the map and you don't know Cancun you might wonder how far/close to landmarks it is. Well it is close to everything in Cancun because it has ADO bus station (to airport and main cities in Mexico) 10 mins from the hotel. 105 pesos from the airport to the station. There are also a lot of buses stopping in a stop nearby to carry you around the city (24 pesos). The host is great with very clear instructions to check-in, and a smooth check in as a consequence. The room we got was spacious, with a small kitchen and a fridge, along with a great bathroom. We would highly recommend any traveler to stay at this guest house.
