Absolutely amazing hotel, we loved this four star hotel. So cute and well decorated inside.we were given a code for the gate for if we arrived late, we never locked out since we listened and wrote the code down :) my husband and parents & myself stayed here for 9 days, Their rooms are perfectly clean, and we had housekeeping everyday, the lady who does the house keeping is very informative and is great at keeping the rooms tidy, she’s very polite 😊 the breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious and we loved their freshly baked pastries / pies. The coffee options are amazing ☕️ the lady at the front desk is so polite and she was very helpful with us as we don’t speak Italian 😌 The rooms had air conditioning and bus is very accessible / easy to use at its right in front of the hotel 🚌 🏨 It’s about a 20 min ride from the city and all the major attractions. Thank you again Cervara Park Hotel Staff for meeting our high demands and for the wonderful stay! I recommend this 100% and their affordable prices 🤗

The location is far away from everything. Also, the maid stole my wife’s favourite expensive sweater. When we confronted her she said it was in the garbage and she had to throw it out. We then asked can we go to the garbage to get it and she said “no…. The garbage was taken away. Yet the other garbage was still all there. Don’t stay here. Really bad.

If you look for a quiet place with parking, in the middle of nowhere but still few bus stops from Metro, this will be a good choice. Rooms are slightly worn out, but clean and have enough space. MP

This was the worst experience of my trip to Rome I arrived at the hotel the staff was rude and aggressive and made me fell unsafe when I got to my room it was filthy I had been bitten within 5 minutes the bed was damp they was a glass in the bathroom that the previous person had used not been cleaned stains on the floor stains on the bed the fridge stunk was not a nice experience I checked out within 15 mins of being there
