Worst hotel ever! I played for 3 nights and we left after 1, losing the other 2. Dirty, disgusting, nasty, filthy hotel. Bed sheds with yellow stains, dirty room, zero pool maintenance, very loud room because there is a bar next to the hotel. The suer pips of the upstairs bathrooms flow over your head, visibly! You hear every flush your neighbour's make. We maybe slept 2-3 hours. When we finally slept deep a couple opened our door and came into our room!!! I jumped out of bed and ask them what the f....and they apologized and told us the front desk gave them the wrong key card. That's weird, we don't believe this story entirely. Do yourself a favor, go to holiday inn, which is one block further away from the action, pay a little more and we slept in a quiet, clean room and with no concerns. Finally started to enjoy our vacations.

Service is 3 stars only for the cleaners, a bit stingy with the items. You need to ask for things instead of offering it to the guess. Also the do not disturb sign on the door is not mandatory to be respected. You have to requested at the desk to be noted it. And mention to do not enter. The Wi-Fi ufff please update this, my child didn’t have service at all for the entire time. Gratefully I did. Uff I was concerned when I need to ✅ my flight back and pick up.

Location is amazing, but it’s very loud since the hotel is right beside a bar with loud music, we didn’t mind too much. Breakfast could be better, there’s no buffet only one plate with egg and fruit and a little bread. Room was clean, bathroom door is a glass door and the entry door has a little space between the ground so we could hear everyone talking and walking outside. For a short stay with short walk to the beach it’s perfect tho

This hotel should be shutdown for good. I don't ever takeout time to give reviews but I just had to this time. First the hotel was a total mess the toilets are the most disgusting thing you wanna ever see yourself shower in, Second the cleaners never fold entire 5 to 4 days we were there cleaned or change the bedsheets and then they stole my sisters Nike shoes that isn't enough the front desk associates beware of them they provided me a driver who stole my phone while driving us to the airport because I stupidly fell asleep, and when I got to the airport I tried to reach the hotel to ask the driver if he had my phone but they constantly said no. Mind you as I type this one of the front desk associates still has my phone in his possession asking to provide him $500 to ship it down to the US for me, he said he got the phone from another driver who had told him that the driver who took us to the airport had it. These guys are thieves together with the driver they provide to you, so be very careful. Also, if you have a missing item they are going to let you know that their policy states that they are not in charge of missing items. I'm still on this matter and would end up suing this hotel.
