I lived here for a year, and I loved the appartment in itself which is bright & with a lot storage room, as well as the neighborhood. The staff was also quick & helpful to respond in case of problems. THAT BEING SAID! I got scammed of electricity money for a year. Normally, the electricity company sends you their bill every month, but here because the electricity bill was attached to the rent & thus decided by the building, I got charged sometimes up to SIX TIMES(!!!) the normal price for electricity, which was not okay. I get that the appartment was very cheap, but when I signed up to rent an 8k a month apartment, it wasn't to get a 5k electricity bill on top... The apartment is also extremely noisy since it's above the main road, which will bother a lot of people. Honestly without those two bad points, I would've stayed forever because I truly loved this apartment so much. But sadly greed had to come into play :(

This was a great place and location to use as a base to travel around Bangkok. The room is clean & nice city view, comfortable bathroom shower with bathtub. As stated earlier, the location is ideal since it's near the On Nut Station and Big-C supermarket where you can buy foods or souvenirs. The staff is friendly and accommodating to assist. However, I certainly will return to stay here again given the location and amenities in the surrounding area.

I booked this apartment before came to Bangkok. So I only saw webpage, pics and reviews. I contacted them about booking by email and I get answers quick. They were super helpful with negotiable for price and contract. Because I needed it for longer time. I arrived late Monday evening and office should be closed, but 2 staff members was here waiting for me to check in and I had good welcoming service right away. They showed room for me and it looked like in pictures on website. They also showed all around the building, laundry room, pool and gym. Also downstairs have nice coffee shop. Both staff members was super helpful for me. Only down side was that my room was facing road side and it’s busy also late evenings. Even I was thinking that I would get used to it, I thought I will ask, do they have any other room from other side of the building. Again they answered quick and I was lucky that they had room other side to show me. I went to check it and after few days it was ready to move in. I got room with nice view and it was quiet like wanted. It's good building and location with this pricing. It’s near supermarket Big C and also have a lot of street food and restaurants nearby. BTS is also quite near so it’s easy to access all around Bangkok. Overall for me it was good apartment to choose.

I just went to visit the flats and though they vary in quality, they seemed just fine, especially for the price they were asking. The one bedroom ones come with a desk by the window (this gets extra points from me always) and a bathtub. They also come with more cooking options in the kitchen. The noise tho. The only flats that were available (just like the gym and the pool) were the ones facing the road and I just couldn't. The super lovely young woman who showed me around suggested that I move the bed to the living room and use the bedroom as the living room. It wasn't a bad idea, since that door proved quite soundproof but I expected to be making use of that work space by the window so I had to decline. It's a really lovely place still, if you don't mind the noise or can find one that is available on the other side. Clean, tidy, well kept. The higher floors are also brighter, if that is important to you... They replied to my initial message very quickly and they seemed very efficient in any case.
