- No hot water - The reception is not 24/7 - Toilet is so small that you can only take 2 steps in the bathroom, old hotel - The wall is quite thin so you can hear the room next door and the outside noise - no parking lots - The air con is super old. The air con in my room is not working since day one and they didn't fix it until my last day of my stay - I can hear the reception lady yelling and arguing with the tenants on Sunday morning! It was so disturbing! - The most annoying this is, they have so many rules living in this place e.g. you cannot move in or out at night especially on the weekend because it's not the reception working hour 😒 and they didn't support anything when you have problem with their washing machine. They didn't give a refund when you put the coin in the machine but it's not even working. In short, this hotel's good point is only the location and let me tell you, especially for the long-term stay, find a better place with this price you can stay in a better apartment.

Stayed here for a couple of months Rent was about 8500 baht a month (owner said other rooms aren’t available). That room has a big pillar in the middle of the room. No table, just bed. Living with no hot water was a bit dreadful. I don’t mind living in old places, but this place really need to fix its floor tiles. The (woman) owner is short tempered. She gets angry easily if you don’t see things her way or ask too much. She yelled at me and tole me to go back to my room when i tried to explain something. The location is convenient, but since it’s next to a bus terminal/hub, there’s a lot of scammers around at night (sick kid scam, lost wallet scam, or sometimes straight up harass you for money), especially in front of Major Ekkamai. Do not make eye contact with these people, they have all the time in the world to pester you. Can’t recommend this place to anyone, unless you are staying temporarily for work-related purpose.

I give 2 stars only because of the location and the receptionist which is very kind and probably also aware of how bad the hotel is. I kind of felt bad to complain but that hotel its a disaster. Initially I got a room without towels and toilet paper., then after I saw the dirty sheets on the bed I asked for an other room. I found out that all the rooms are just as bad. Impossible to sleep,..I could feel the springs of the bed on my back. The toilet is tiny, old and only cold water. For 150baht more I got a very clean and modern room in a hotel near by.
