We had stayed on June 2022 for honeymoon just one week. It’s beautiful, historical, clean and comfortable hotel. Hotel teams are helpful and friendly. Location is good but not so central. But if you like walking and seeing beautiful colorful streets and buildings it’s not a problem. We could walk to center and everywhere like cafes restaurants etc. It’s good view from rooms to garden. Breakfast is enough. Summary, good choice for price/ value. Thanks again.

We spent a lovely night at this centrally located hotel in beautiful Lisboa. You will sleep well as the bed is comfortable. The service is excellent as the young man who checked us in was so kind to offer us some vegetarian recommendations for dinner. All around a great stay with a small but complete breakfast.

Beautiful place to stay. Our balcony looked out over the botanical garden, so we could wake with the chirping of birds, and a wonderful cool breeze. At night you can listen to the laughter coming from the restaurants below or close windows (very good sound blocking). Unlike one of the negative reviewers, we were never disturbed by sounds around us. Beds are SO comfy, staff helpful and always around, location PRIMO. I’d stay here every time.

Amazing! This place is perfectly located for a stay in Lisbon, and we will return to this property as soon as we can. Our room was huge, and had everything we needed. I read a few reviews that complained about the noise but we didn’t have any issue as 1) we knew it was a central hotel on a busy street so didn’t expect silence 2) we closed the windows and made use of the fully functioning easy to use aircon The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful…. And patient (I locked the safe twice and forgot the passcode twice). Breakfast is simple but really high quality with different pastries each day The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had no problems with sleep. The only thing I think the hotel needs to upgrade is the umbrellas they have in each room, they were complimentary but they were quite old and well worn, but thankfully we didn’t need to depend on them too much.

Great stop for 1 night, a bit of 'posh' without feeling too snobby. Rooms a bit faded grandeur rather than opulent. We had a suite room facing the botanical gardens. Lovely to have the 3 balcony windows open and we saved some cash at least by having a bottle of wine in our room rather than drinking out. Felt a bit special. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - could not have been more welcoming. Nice and convenient for a lively and pretty part of Lisbon. Breakfast good - continental and enough to keep us happy, fresh orange juice, melon, eggs and cheese and bread, yoghurt, cereals, croissants, and those yummy Portuguese custards etc.
